Zimbabwe health workers could face jail time for striking under new law

Published
The participation of Zimbabwean health workers in organised demonstrations not adhering to certain conditions is now illegal. This after President Emmerson Mnangagwa singed a bill into law prohibiting labour action by health professionals on Tuesday.
Workers' rights groups says the law is opressive and will lead to a further exodus of health workers outside of the country.
Guest: Doctor Kudzanai Muzenda, President of the Zimbabwe Hospital Doctors Association.
