Looking for a new job is difficult. In this video I offer my tips for finding a new job. It's all about overlaying a structured process to your job search. And making sure you build in some time for yourself to make sure you stay in good health during your search.

- Your job is to find a new job - have that mindset
- Set a structure around your search
- Work on set days (Monday - Thursday) at set times (9:00am - 3:00pm)
- Get out of the house and go for a walk everyday
- Do prep work on Sunday evening for the week ahead
- Broadcast to everyone that you are looking for work - otherwise, how will they know?
- Build in a free weekday for you to do something fun!
- Keep your LinkedIn profile up-to-date and use our LinkedIn community
- Ask yourself, "What great companies would I like to work for?" and search for jobs on those company websites.

Stay positive, remember you have the solution to someone's hiring needs. You just need to meet that person and help them solve their hiring problem. They will be so happy you found them.

Thanks for watching.
