Why I Spent $3,000 On My Employees

This was a very fun day for the entire company. People don't realize that in order to grow as a company, you need to bond together and feel connected as a family. By hosting this picnic, it allowed everyone to have a good time together by doing fun little challenges, eating delicious foods, and just having an overall nice day.
