Employer Net Promoter Score, or eNPS, is a scoring system designed to help employers measure employee satisfaction and loyalty within their organizations.

In the eNPS system 10 is a bad score, good scores are in the 30's while great scores are in the 50's. Companies like Salesforce and Netflix have a stellar eNPS score of 58.
