In this video I have explained working rights in Germany. These are common working rights regardless on which visa you are on:

1. You average working hours per day should not exceed more than 8 hours in last six months as well as you can not work more than 10 hours in a day. These 10 hours shifts can only be given if you have worked previously less hours in like 4 hours shifts or 6 hours shifts.

2. You should be paid minimum wage set by German government.
3. Rest time between 2 days should be at least 11 hours
4. there will be no breaks if you work 6 or less than 6 hours a day, 30 minutes break if you work more than 6 hours and 45 minutes break if you work more than 9 hours a day.
5. Working environment should be safe and friendly, that means nobody should shout and misbehave with you and same goes for you too.
6. there should be 24 holiday granted per year this is mandatory by law.
7. Sundays work prohibited apart from some industries like hotels and restaurant, trains and hospitals but if you work on Sundays there should be another day given free as compensation means you will be free 2 days a week. Working in any industry 13 Sundays should be free in one year.
8. If you work on Public holidays you should be paid double than your normal wages.
