What Are We Going To Do With This? (Freeze Drying Ugly Food)

We had a good gallon bag of peaches leftover from the last round of Rachel's canning. We've seen a few other people like @Living Traditions Homestead freeze dry theirs, so we wanted to give it a try. The quality of the peaching heading in weren't the best quality, but they dried fine perfectly fine. We'll also discuss some of things we struggle with when it comes to freeze drying your own food, and share some tips we've learned along the way. ♥
