Want to know if a company is a good employer? - Career entry

Apparently employer rating plattfoms like kununu and glassdoor can give you all kinds of information. You could, e.g., get an idea on the likelihood of a company violating laws and regulations. Alternatively, you learn if that company is a good employer or not.
