IPA's Gideon Rozner says the Victorian government advertising for multiple media roles may be a sign "things aren't well".
Mr Rozner said Premier Daniel Andrews could be "expanding his team because he's got taxpayer money to splash in his office".
"But potentially it could be a sign that things aren't well because you tend to see senior people in governments leave when things aren't so hot and they don't think the government will be re-elected."
