Entering Employee Data

Create a new sheet if needed or rename the default sheet as EMPLOYEES.
Type a few rows of employee data, to begin with.
The critical fields here are Employee Name, Start Date and End Date.
Now, select the cells and press Ctrl+T to convert to a Table.
Name the table T_EMP.
Name the list of employee names L_EMP.
