His mother and two sisters all died before turning 60. Cancer, kidney disease, and poor health took them way too young.

Charles Smith believes it was the result of years of eating a diet they had no idea carried such a steep price tag. After witnessing the challenging daily struggle each faced prior to their death, Charles knew he didn’t want anyone else to suffer as they had.

Now this man of faith is restoring his community’s faith in good health through high-energy Food for Life classes. It is the culmination of his own 20-year health journey.
