Trump to DOJ: Show us the affidavit | Banfield

The Department of Justice on Monday objected to the release of an affidavit that could contain additional information about the search warrant executed at former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago property.

When asked why the DOJ opposed unsealing the warrant, former FBI Assistant Director Tom Fuentes says, "The way that sounds to me is like they intend to never stop investigating Trump… We can't reveal all the ways that we knew what to look for."

Former Federal Prosecutor Andrew Cherkasky also weighs in on "Banfield."
