Tripura to hikes DA for govt employees by 12 per cent

Tripura Government has decided to increase Dearness Allowance (DA) or Dearness Relief (DR) for state government employees and pensioners by 12%, informed Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha. With this, the total DA has increased to 20%. The increase in DA or DR will be effective from December 2022.
“Today we have increased DA or DR by 12% for state government employees and pensioners. Now the total DA is 20%, it will be effective from December 2022. More than 1 lakh regular employees and 80,800 pensioners will be benefitted,” CM Manik Saha told ANI.
