Toronto police arrest man accused in 2 random fatal shootings

Toronto police say they arrested a man accused of fatally shooting a 21-year-old international student and a 35-year-old man, separately and at random. During a search of the suspect’s home, officers discovered an arsenal of weapons including handguns and rifles.
