We need a candidate with basic communication and computer skills besides his domain expertise.  

Coordinate with production workers to meet quality and quantity commitments. Lead execution and take accountability for meeting the production schedule

Analyze equipment conditions regularly to avoid breakdown and perform preventive maintenance whenever required, to maintain smooth operations

Assist in developing/updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and train production workers regularly on the same

Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement

Ensure workers hygiene & discipline and reduce raw and packing materials wastage

Finish all the tasks scheduled for the day before leaving
