Our shared workforce continues to evolve, and the Covid-19 pandemic adds a new level of complexity when it comes filling job vacancies and finding the right job seekers. The way that organizations and companies recruit and find talent must adapt to the new world that we live in today. The traditional techniques and benefits of applicant attraction will not last as we continue to see stronger demands and requests from job seekers. This presentation will examine the future of recruitment practices and how companies and organizations can develop new ways to appeal and attract a society influenced and impacted by the pandemic. Cortney D. Smalley is a seasoned and experienced public speaker, facilitator, recruiter, and organizational development practitioner. Cortney is passionate about the full employee experience, from new hire orientation, skill development workshops, and exit interviews. His approach to talent management is progressive and focuses on the total development of employees and their interaction with their company. He is dedicated to helping organizations find the right talent and leading recruiting programs to attract younger generations to corporations and businesses alike. In 2021, Cortney enrolled into the Doctorate in Organization Development & Change program at Bowling Green State University.
