With a new Employment Bill expected later this year, some unions are trying to ensure a “right to disconnect” is included – a legal right for employees to switch off from work (and related devices) to aid mental health.

We will be joined by Catherine O’Flynn, Partner, from William Fry LLP in Dublin, who will share some experiences following the introduction of similar laws in Ireland in April of this year.
