We had the job boom, then all the tech layoffs. We saw the great resignatoin turn into quiet quitting, then quiet firing, then loud layoffs THEN career cushioning. Now we face a possible recession and with it an unstable job market. What can we expect this year? In this video I give my opinion on what will happen.
