The Intersection of Freedom and Equality

This session is a discussion over the Supreme Court of Canada's landmark decision in the Ward case. Panelists Maîtres Stéphanie Fournier and Julius Grey who represented the Quebec Human Rights Commission and comedian Mike Ward, respectively, share their perspective on legal and policy implications.
