On Thursday 11th November, The Equality Trust organised an interactive online conference, bringing together a range of speakers to share their insights and explore how we can get organised to finally win equal pay. The online conference, organised in conjunction with the Work and Equalities Institute, Alliance Manchester Business School provided an exciting opportunity for representatives, union officials and HR colleagues to contribute to an important workplace resource.
