Testimonials from the beneficiaries of DEM pilot program to develop Employee-Employer relations

We are pleased to share the video testimonials from employers participating in DEM pilot program, an initiative being implemented to develop Employee-Employer relations to benefit over 600 employees with the support of UNDP’s “SDG Aligned budgeting to transform employment in Mongolia” project funded by the European Union.

DEM program is aimed to enhance Employee-Employer relations and mindsets by assisting the employers to act with awareness of human rights, apply out of box business conducts, and promote positive behavioral insights. The program, implemented in cooperation with Women Association in Mineral Sector, involves the total of 20 employers operating in agriculture, light industry and service areas from Ulaanbaatar (1) and provinces (19).
