Supporting Women's Health in the Workplace - An Employer's Responsibility

For IWD 2022, the theme is Break the Bias. Hertility is breaking the bias in how Women's Health is viewed and prioritised in the workplace.

We all know that healthy and productive staff are critical to a company's success and that by addressing women's needs, all employees will benefit.

Women are affected by a variety of health challenges and life events from fertility problems and treatment to reproductive health concerns, miscarriage, and menopause, all of which have an impact on general well-being and work performance. In order for women to thrive both personally and professionally, companies must now provide help and bridge gaps in access to care.

Join us on International Women’s Day on Tuesday 8th March with Eve McDavid and Deirdre O’Neill to discuss how employers can improve the conversation around female health and better support those employees experiencing health challenges.
