Supported Employment Stakeholder Engagement Meeting - October 4, 2022

The Department is hosting a series of meetings related to Supported Employment services and the implementation of SB21-039. This legislation eliminates subminimum wage employment for individuals with disabilities and directs the Department to add the following Medicaid waiver services: (1) support to provide line of sight supervision on the job, and (2) ongoing benefits counseling.
