SUED! Image Union Files Labor Dispute for Violating Their Rights?!

Not too long after they have been officially recognized, Comic Book Workers United has filed their first labor dispute against Image Comics. The are alleging that Image Comics has been "intentionally disseminating misinformation" that interferes with their rights. Where will this lead for both Image Comics and the comic industry at large?
