Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss Left a Suicide Note

ET can confirm that a suicide note was left at the scene of Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss’ death. The former ‘Ellen’ show DJ died on Tuesday from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. His body was found inside a Los Angeles motel room.
