For today’s video, I’m giving you 6 questions you should ask yourself before you officially begin job searching to start your job search off with clarity, expectations, and standards.

I often get clients who are ready to get their resume ready for their upcoming job search, which is the perfect first start, so gold star for them

They’ve decided it’s time to leave their job for whatever reason, or perhaps they are jumping back into the job marketing after a hiatus.

However, before you being submitting applications officially, there are some things you should know or at least be crystal clear on beforehand.

Having your standards and expectations in place prior to your job search can help you determine which opportunities are a good fit for you, is what you’re looking for and which ones you can pass on.

If you don’t have expectations, this can lead to you accepting anything and everything and we can’t have that.

Watch this video to learn the 6 questions you should ask yourself before you submit one single application to make sure the role is a good fit for you.
