Spokane City Council calls for criminal investigation into alleged fraud

Two members of the Spokane City Council are calling for a criminal investigation into alleged fraud involving an employee of the Guardians Foundation. Guardians Foundation CEO Mike Shaw told KREM 2 they are currently conducting an internal investigation into a former employee for potentially mishandling funds.
