The COVID-19 Pandemic has taught us that the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) and their 28 Workforce Solutions offices are a critical partner in the process of sourcing, hiring, and managing the unemployment insurance processes. The TRA has also worked closely with TWC to ensure that training resources and child care support were made available. Most recently, TRA and TWC collaborated to streamline the COVID-related chargeback appeals process.

This session, presented by representatives of TWC and Workforce Solutions will address these resources and walk you through the new COVID-related chargeback process, ensuring you are aware of and access all the tools available to you as an employer.
