Amazon previously disputed the NLRB's preliminary findings, saying in April 2021 that "we support every employee's right to criticize their employer's working conditions, but that does not come with blanket immunity against our internal policies, all of which are lawful.We asked Costa and Cunningham for more details on the settlement, including the payment of lost wages and the notice that Amazon is required to post to its tech and warehouse workers.
