Section 2b: Health and Safety: FY 2023-2025 Tribal CCDF Plan Preprint Training

This presentation provides an overview of the last three subsections of FFY 2023–2025 Tribal CCDF Plan Preprint Section 2: Establish Standards and Monitoring Processes to Ensure the Health and Safety of Child Care Settings. It includes information on subsection 2.3, Monitoring and Enforcement Policies and Practices for CCDF Providers, subsection 2.4, Exemptions for Relative Providers, and subsection 2.5, Comprehensive Background Checks, questions, related CCDF requirements, and implementation considerations. Section 2 of the FFY 2023–2025 Tribal CCDF Plan Preprint applies to Tribes with small, medium, and large allocations.
