In this episode, Camy and James are having a round table conversation with their friend Aaron Hodder on ‘How to retain engineering talent within an organisation.

Aaron is a software engineering leader with expertise and a massive background in Quality. Currently working as a QA Practice Manager at Datacom, based in Wellington, NZ.
Aaron cares about great people building great software responsibly. He, therefore, focuses on the human aspects of software development, both in terms of the humans who use and are affected by our products and the humans who create them. He specialises in agile and lean ways of working. He is also a seasoned speaker with several talks under his belt across local and international conferences. He also hosted the very first edition of NZTestingConf this year in Wellington.
