A flat buyer who wanted to get his booking amount back from Ruparel Realty did some internet research about the customer reviews that the company's projects had. What he found out after googling various projects such as Ruparel Optima, Ruparel Livia and Ruparel Sky Greens did not paint a pretty picture. He shared this with the company's representative and gave him a chance to present the company's point of view.
