Rishi Sunak says Gary Neville's comments on striking nurses and workers 'not right'

Rishi Sunak has responded to pundit and former footballer Gary Neville after he criticised the Government’s approach to striking nurses and workers.

Mr Sunk highlighted his track record as chancellor and Prime Minister in prioritising the NHS.

On Sunday, Mr Neville voiced solidarity with striking nurses and drew parallels between the treatment of migrant workers in Qatar and workers in the UK.

"We’ve got a current Government in our country that are demonising rail workers, ambulance workers, and terrifying nurses," he said.
