'Right place at right time': CDOT workers detail how snowplows aided in police chase

A crew of about seven Colorado Department of Transportation workers were using radios to communicate with one another as the chase unfolded. FOX31's Alliyah Sims caught up with the crew on Monday to hear their side of the incident.
