The COVID-19 pandemic has fundamentally altered the way we work. In this webinar, workplace lawyer Jennifer Philpott (BBA ’16) discusses key considerations for employers and employees as we continue to navigate the pandemic, including the rise of hybrid and remote work, considerations for returning to in-office work, vaccination policies, and proposed changes in Ontario employment law.

Jennifer provides advice and representation to employers, management, and individuals on a wide range of employment, labour, and human rights issues. Jennifer is a passionate advocate and advisor for her clients and strives to deliver solutions-oriented services tailored to their unique objectives and needs. Originally from Niagara Falls, Jennifer is a proud alumna of the Goodman School of Business. While at Brock, she received the University’s Co-op Student of the Year Award for her work developing an accessibility compliance plan and training program for her colleagues at a large provincial ministry. For her commitments to leadership and community service at the University, Jennifer was awarded the prestigious Spirit of Brock Award at convocation.
