Requirements are covered or not? Scenario based Question

#interview Question# How will you make sure that the requirements are covered completely in the test cases?

1.By using Requirements traceability matrix

Before Execution -
Once we are done writing the test cases as per the requirements we can draft the Forward Traceability matrix to verify the coverage.
After Execution -
Once test cases execution is completed we will come to know the status (Pass/Fail) of each test case, with that status we can draft the Backward Traceability matrix to verify if we have covered all the requirements given in the requirements Document.

2.Walkthroughs -
We can provide walkthrough to Business analysts to confirm about the coverage.

Walkthrough to Team leads or colleagues.

3.If we need any clarification regarding the requirements then we can connect with our stakeholders via adhoc meetings by this way we can achieve 100% coverage.
