What makes a great animation studio?, some might say their staying power, some might say their catalogue of films, some might say the amount of money they save and make with each movie, but personally I feel like what makes a good studio is their uniqueness, how they manage to stand out above the crowd between the big dogs and the cheap as hell bargain bin market movies, that’s where blue sky studios lies.
Who woulda guessed that this little animation startup which began all the way back in 1987 would’ve once been known as one of the biggest animation studios out there, from getting their start in making Tv commercials to making a greatly known multimillion franchise as well as a lot of amazing films in their own right, they had the potential to go against the titans of animation, but one of those said titans snuffed out that potential while it was still being uncovered.
and that there is what we’re here to do today, yes we, joining me are 10 other majorly talented associates of mine as we share our thoughts on each of this studios endeavours, now it should be know that for a video of this size, I won’t be going through the history of this company, cause if that were the case then we’d be here all day, plus that isn’t really my forte on here, there’s tons of videos that cover that already, this is only about the movies and what we as reviewers think of the legacy this companies left behind, some are good, some are bad, some are….well your gonna just have to find out, welcome friends, fans and animation heads as a whole, to remembering blue sky studios
