According to the World Health Organization (WHO), health is defined as being a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. 

According to Pfizer, wellness is the act of practicing healthy habits on a daily basis to attain better health for both physical and mental outcomes, so that instead of just surviving, you’re thriving. 

After almost two years since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, people are now more conscious and desire to achieve better health and wellness in order to combat the virus, focusing on key areas such as nutrition, fitness, exercise, sleep, mindfulness and social connectedness.
