Elizabeth Hurst serves as Business Development Manager for Human Resource Advantage, specializing in client engagement and satisfaction. She holds a Master of Business Administration from Drury University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree. Her areas of experience include: Business Development, Account Management, Recruiting, Communications and Strategic Planning.

Elizabeth has worked in sales and recruiting roles in the Springfield community for over 10 years. She uses strategy and communication to help businesses and individuals develop best practices to achieve their goals, and takes great pride in building relationships on the principles of integrity and exceptional service.

Elizabeth is a Springfield native and is an active alumna of Drury University. In addition, she is an alumna and member of the Greater Missouri Leadership Foundation, Women’s Initiative committee, St Jude/ALSAC Regional Advisory Board, St Jude Walk/Run Committee, Doula Foundation Board of Directors and active board member, deacon and musician at her church.
