Project Manager- Pallisades, NJ

Are you open to an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager in Northern New Jersey with a leading global manufacturer of Paper and Packaging Products?

This global manufacturer is searching for a Project Manager with experience in coating, converting, paper, packaging or web handling machinery in a manufacturing setting for a minimum of 2-5 years. The position is based near Palisades Park, NJ.


The company offers a guaranteed base salary commensurate with experience (120-135 base or more for the right person), bonus, and other excellent global company employee benefits.


Some notes:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field required
- PMP certification preferred
- We have a million $ project we need to initiate asap
- The ideal candidate has manufacturing, engineering, product flow, process and layout experience
- Salary 120k-135k
- Will have 3 rounds of interviews- looking to hire ASAP




Essential Duties and Responsibilities are listed in the job description

Main Responsibilities will be:
• Transferring Capital Equipment and setting it up
• Equipment will include both slitters and coaters from Wisconsin to New Jersey.
• Good product flow and layout experience needed.


Education and /or Experience requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred
• 5-7 years’ experience in Project Management
• PMP certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience working in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong drive and resilience.
• Action and result oriented.
• Ability to build strong relationships with people at all levels.
• A team player who is comfortable working with other professionals.
• Ability to influence people at all levels.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and to tight deadlines.
