Police searching for handcuffed suspect in downtown Los Angeles

Police are searching for a handcuffed suspect in downtown Los Angeles after violence erupted between two groups in the area. One victim of the violence was taken to the hospital. Another person was placed in handcuffs, but managed to escape when the arresting officer was assaulted by a man with a skateboard.
