In this part of our series Reyno De Beer explains the relationship between the employer and the employee when it comes to mandating COVID-19 vaccination policies. He further explains why we are saying not to utilise the CCMA and rather use the Equality Court to oppose any occupational detriment as a result of the discrimination faced for not submitting to get vaccinated.
