Today we learn how to create "JOB HISTORY Setup Page/Form" in an Oracle APEX 21.2 InshaAllah. Final Part

1. Create LOV
EMPLOYEE
a. Come to "Shared Components" tab.
b. Right Click on "Lists of Values" under "Navigation Bar" & select "Create..." option.
c. "From Scratch" hit "Next" button.
d. Define name from your choice (EMPLOYEE)
e. "Type:" is "Dynamic", hit "Next" button.
f. Data Source, & Source Type is "Local Database", & "Table" respectively. (you can select "SQL Query" as well)
g. "Table / View Owner" is HR (it is schema owner)
h. Select "EMPLOYEES" from "Table / View Name" drop down, hit "Next" button.
i. Select "EMPLOYEE_ID" from "Return Column" & "LAST_NAME" from "Display Column" drop down, hit "Create" button.
j. Come to "Rendering" tab.
k. Click on "P17_EMPLOYEE_ID" & select "Popup LOV" from "Type" drop down.
l. "Search as You Type" is "On", "Green Color" indicate it is "On".
m. Define "Title" from your choice (Employee) under "Settings"
n. Select "Shared Components" from "Type", & "EMPLOYEE" from "List of Values" drop down.
o. "Display Extra Values" is "Off", "Gray Color" indicate it is "Off"
p. Define "- Select Employee -" to "Null Display Value" under "List of Values", Hit "Save (Alt+F7)" button.

JOB
q. Click on "P17_JOB_ID" & select "Popup LOV" from "Type" drop down.
r. Repeat point "l, & o"
s. Define "Title" from your choice (Job) under "Settings"
t. Select "Shared Components" from "Type", & "JOB" from "List of Values" drop down.
u. Define "- Select Job -" to "Null Display Value" under "List of Values", Hit "Save (Alt+F7)" button.

DEPARTMENT
v. Click on "P17_DEPARTMENT_ID" & select "Popup LOV" from "Type" drop down.
w. Repeat point "l, & o"
x. Define "Title" from your choice (Department) under "Settings"
y. Select "Shared Components" from "Type", & "DEPARTMENT" from "List of Values" drop down.
z. Define "- Select Department -" to "Null Display Value" under "List of Values", Hit "Save (Alt+F7)" button.

2. Create Entry in Navigation Menu
a. Click on "App Builder"
b. Come to Application "APEX21.2"
c. Click on "Shared Components".
d. Click on "Navigation Menu" under "Navigation"
e. Click on "Navigation Menu"
f. Hit "Create Entry" button.
g. Assign "Setup Forms" from "Parent List Entry" drop down, assign "Sequence" (2070), "Image/Class" (fa-gears),
& "List Entry Label" (Job History Form) from your choice under "Entry".
h. Select "Page in this Application" from "Target type" drop down.
i. Assign Page 16 in "Page" area under "Target" & hit "Create List Entry" button.
