Open Science Module 7: Legal Questions in Open Science

This module introduces some important legal questions for the field of Open Science on a general basis. As a first step, the module looks at some important obstacles of publishing research data and text publications by looking at the interface of third-party rights and the freedom of publication. It provides some practical recommendations on how to deal with third-party rights and images before explaining what licences there are and what they are for.
