A recorded, simulated professional-patient consultation with note-taking questions
• You will listen to 2 separate 5 minutes health professional patient consultations
• There is one note completion task with 12 gaps to fill for each consultation.
• tests your ability to understand and record specific information about patients.

Strategies
• Know the Instructions
• You’ll have 30 seconds to read each question before you listen the extracts .
• Use the sub-headings to guide you to produce case notes under headings.
• Follow the sequence of recording, don’t jump a head or back.
• You must answer the questions as you listen to the consultation
• Write as much relevant specific information rather than general information
• Write word or short phrase not full sentence.
• Don’t waste time with eraser, you don’t penalized.
• Write your answers on this Question Paper by filling the gaps.
