Obligations—Business, Industry and Climate Change

This panel examined examples of good business practices toward fulfilling businesses’ responsibility to respect human rights in the context of climate change. Business enterprises are expected to avoid infringing on or contributing to the infringement of human rights in all their operations and business relations, including supply chains.
