Video Note: This happened at the Bedford Ave Station on The L-Train line in Brooklyn and this is not the first time I had problems with MTA booth Agents at this station. Two weeks ago, a male, black, and yes an employee of the MTA told me that I wasn't allowed to bring my camera bags on the train and will be happy to point out the employee that also try to violate my right at the time.
This is not the first time we had problems with the pay-in tap and the machines. I had to get a new card before MTA kept on trying to charge me in the middle of the night and they continue to do this to the new card. My bank can confirm this in these transactions and you can see the post on the community post here on Youtube on my channel. Stealing or trying to steal money, we fill the forms out all the time and nothing is returned to me. I do not have to ask to record in a public place as I was recording 2 minutes before this employee come to tell me that there is damage to the card but we have been using that card for 3 weeks the way it was and just use it yesterday.
