NSW Public Sector Workers To Have Equal Right To Parental Leave

Dads working in the NSW public sector can have up to 14 weeks paid parental leave, with the terms 'primary' and 'secondary' carers to be removed in an overhaul in October. Both parents will now be entitled to the provision.
