New video shows D.C. rapper accused of firing shots at Va. mall

New video shows some of what led up to shots being fired at Tyson’s Corner Mall Saturday afternoon. Fairfax County police said they are aware of the cell phone video, posted to social media platforms, that shows Noah Settles, a D.C. rapper known as No Savage.
