Neurodiversity and economics
Working in an environment which embraces neurodiversity is not only beneficial to the individual but to the community as a whole. This discussion around neurodiversity and economics pinpoints the need to create more inclusive workplaces for neurodiverse people in order to diversify the labour force and increase productivity.
This session is an extract from the I&D Virtual Conference Series. CFA UK's Inclusion & Diversity Committee and associated working groups explored the current landscape on social opportunities and risks, practical skills which can be implemented as best practice and how strong governance is the glue that holds everything together.
