TIPS During the Oral Neuro Psychiatric Examination

TIPS Before Entering the Room:
1.As you enter the interview room, EXPECT that the interviewer have read your answers in the written examination. So Relax, by inhaling and exhaling.

2.Make sure you are prepared to answer the questions because the interviewer will find ways to FAIL you.

3.Have PRESENCE OF MIND, only you who knows yourself. From this time, know your STRENGTHS WEAKNESSES, capability, and ability.

4.Have CONFIDENT that you are FIT for the position that you are applying for.

Tips During the Interview: Possible Questions and Focus of an Interviewer

1.Can you tell about yourself?/ Introduce yourself
(Tip: Make an essay already about yourself and title it with “Who I am”)

2.Ba Careful in answering, because the Next questions will be based from your first statement. So ready to defend your answers.
(Example: You state your Weakness, the follow up question will be “How will you handle your weakness”. Just give positive answer such as Perseverance)
3. In Answering, No extra movement, stay firm or snappy and hands on your side.

4.Acknowledge and Know the Negatives that other people telling you. Don’t be affected and just answer positively and Don’t Fight back.
(If you told that you are “Lazy, Immature, very Slow, you get tired easily, you do not belong to this Organization, and you are Weak!” Just Relax and Answer it with:
“Everything can be overcome by Basic of Learning, adjustments, and sacrifices towards the goal of being professional or expert in the chosen field of career. I am do not dream the position or title by itself, instead I am dreaming also the consequences of commitment and responsibility. The eager to win my fight or won the slot, is already enough to prove that I am here because I am ready and I can change because this is my dream”)

- If you are asked to go out the room because you FAIL, Just say THANK YOU and Go out promptly.
-Keep Respect and Treat him or her as your superior that day.

13.Situational Analysis
Example:
You are on duty on the day when you receive an emergency call or message from one of the members of your family, because your father or mother got into an accident. That day is also under Alert Level status. What will you do?
Answer: Since I am committed to the organization and to the country, therefore, I will respect professionally the responsibility that I promised to be my priority.

Alternative: Ask permission to your Superior and if he allows me, then good otherwise, then respect and accept professionally.
